IIC is hiring a Clinic Registration Team Lead for Southern Indiana.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead patient registration at all southern regional clinics
- Assist with registration at other clinics as needed
- Ensure forms are completely and accurately filled out
- Reconcile State Immunization Registry entries (CHIRP) and enter historical records into CHIRP
- Check patients’ insurance eligibility (Medicaid Portal, Vaccine Software)
- Work with the Clinic Lead to check out vaccines online
- Make vaccine recommendations to the public
- Assist the Clinic Lead with patient and clinic admin work
- Attend educational sessions to state up to date on vaccine updates
- Oversee time tracking for registration staff

Additional Information
- This is a full-time salaried position
- Travel within the state is required. Mileage will be reimbursed
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
- Occasional evenings and possibly one Saturday a month are required
