The Indiana Immunization Coalition is committed to providing vaccinations at no cost.
Vaccination reimbursement consists of two parts: the cost of the vaccine itself and the administration fee, which covers expenses like staff and supplies. For those who have health insurance, these fees are covered by the insurance company as preventative care. For uninsured people, government funds pay for the cost of the vaccine only, and the patient is responsible for the administration fee.
The Indiana Immunization Coalition does NOT charge this administration fee but rather absorbs the cost in the hopes of vaccinating the most vulnerable Indiana communities.
You can help us continue offering this service. Each $10 donation covers a vaccine administration fee for Hoosiers in need. Your support allows protection from life-threatening diseases such as whooping cough, HPV-related cancers, and influenza.
If you’d like us to share why you’re donating a shot to protect the health of Hoosiers, let us know. If you’d like your donation to remain anonymous, simply skip the form and hit the donate button. Thank you!
Since 2003 the Indiana Immunization Coalition (IIC) has served as an advocate for Indiana families, health care providers, and local & state health departments striving to increase vaccination rates in Indiana. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, IIC works closely with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Indiana State Department of Health, and other vaccination experts to provide the most accurate, comprehensive information available. Through collaboration with public and private groups, IIC is on the front lines of reducing vaccine-preventable diseases in Indiana.
