IIC is hiring a Clinic Registration Team Lead for Southern Indiana.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead patient registration at all southern regional clinics
  • Assist with registration at other clinics as needed
  • Ensure forms are completely and accurately filled out
  • Reconcile State Immunization Registry entries (CHIRP) and enter historical records into CHIRP
  • Check patients’ insurance eligibility (Medicaid Portal, Vaccine Software)
  • Work with the Clinic Lead to check out vaccines online
  • Make vaccine recommendations to the public
  • Assist the Clinic Lead with patient and clinic admin work
  • Attend educational sessions to state up to date on vaccine updates
  • Oversee time tracking for registration staff

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time salaried position
  • Travel within the state is required. Mileage will be reimbursed
  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
  • Occasional evenings and possibly one Saturday a month are required
