Getting vaccinated should be possible for everyone. Indiana Immunization Coalition offers homebound immunization services to eligible Hoosiers who are unable to leave their homes to access vaccination services.

All vaccines are available through this service, and our team will work with you to determine an appointment date and time that works for you.
